Overview
Students in African Languages (AAS/LNG 339) are building a WordPress site and developing it to explain “their language.” The first week, everyone picked a country; the second week, everyone picked a language and built a home page on WordPress. Students had the option of using a basic theme and following step-by-step instructions or being as creative as they wish; they can keep it password protected with a class-shared password. After every section, students develop a page pertaining to their language.
